There are days when I hate the treadmill OMGGGG. When my PMS comes and I don’t want to run I still take on the treadmill (sometimes, I just really want to watch a movie on my phone LOL), I walk but I do it on a really high incline (like 11) para yung calories pareho lang (mga 300 cals 30 mins) hahaha #madaya2012. But lately, Kenneth and I are on resistance training, high intensity weights for 1hr 30mins. Sabi sa app ko 600 cals daw yung ganun katagal, pero mas concerned na kami sa intensity talaga. Someday I’ll be able to bench press my own weight. HAHAHAH BAKA NEXT YEAR PA SOBRANG TAMAD NAMINNNNNN 5 kilos pa lang yung kaya ko for each arm at dumbell pa! TROLOLOL
