Well, they just measured my heart rate, so that means my heart and lungs are functioning well. I was also not that surprised  (I was actually expecting it), because that’s my heart rate when I run on the treadmill. I might try to jack it up the next time I go on. LOL. ANYWAYYYY Heart rate charts (age vs. beats per minute) are all over the net, so I guess you can just look yours up. Don’t just measure the calories you gais. :D
